In the Community
Giving Back
As a Cooperative, our Board of Directors and employees all take responsibility to be a part of our community. CTC makes many donations to area charities. Employees also volunteer in the communities we serve, whether it’s Rotary, Sertoma, Chamber Events, United Way, or Coaching Little League. CTC employees work, live and give back to our community!
United Way
CTC employees took on the challenge of being the 2007 pacesetter for the United Way. As the Pacesetter, CTC employees donated over $10,000 of their own contributions while holding many community events to raise awareness and donations for our local United Way. Each Year CTC employees contribute to help those in need.
“CTC and United Way are working together to improve people’s lives in our community. As the 2007 United Way Pacesetter, CTC employees have done an outstanding job of mobilizing the caring power to achieve measurable, lasting change on the issues that matter most in our community.”
-Heidi Funk, Executive Director United Way
Crisis Line
CTC partnered with the Crisis Line, a non-profit organization which offers 24-hour support in 6 counties to better serve our communities. CTC opened its doors to the Crisis Line in 2006 by donating office space for their continued operation and support.
