directly to our house and my husband and daughter had no trouble hooking it up. 
I made a call into the CTC Help Desk to have them help with some minor configurations
on my computer.  Working with them was phenomenal!  I made the configurations
right over the phone and they spoke to my computer knowledge level.  After having
SkyWave High Speed Internet I could never go back to dial up.”
