CTC INCREASES HELP DESK HOURS Date: December 13, 2004
Brainerd, MN – December 14, 2004 – Consolidated
Telecommunications Company (CTC) recently announced that they have
increased their Help
Desk hours to 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The CTC Help Desk will handle all customer
questions and problems regarding Internet, telephone service and,
the company’s newest
product offering: Digital Television.
“Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible
service,” explained Kevin Larson, CEO/General Manager of CTC. “We
felt that one more way to do that was to expand the hours that our
Help Desk can provide solutions.”
Consolidated Telecommunications Company is a full
service telecommunications company based in Brainerd, MN. Formed in

high speed Internet, long distance, digital television, voice mail
