PAULETTE THOENNES JOINS CTC Date: January 24, 2005

Brainerd, MN – Paulette Thoennes recently joined Consolidated Telecommunications Company as Customer Service and Sales Supervisor.

Formerly a Supervisor with the Residential Sales Department of US Link/TDS Metrocom, Thoennes also has experience with Frontier Directories and Cellular One.

As Customer Service and Sales Supervisor, Thoennes supervises both the Customer Sales and Service Representative staff and Service Help Desk staff and supervises the billing of services, collection of payments and collections efforts for delinquent accounts.

“Paulette brings a solid sales and telecommunications background to CTC,” stated Kevin Larson, CEO/General Manager of CTC. “We are excited to have someone with her skills and
experience on our team.”
