CTC’s Conference Calling service allows up to eight callers on a conference at one time. Plus, the service’s Web-browser-based interface allows you to manage all aspects of your conference from your computer.

It’s ready when you are 24 x 365. There is no term contract and no minimum monthly usage. You only pay when you use it.
